 they can clean brown and black water to return it to human consumption standards, and keep all the water they need, with the requirement to give away any excess water and that it be human safe potable and free.  

 As I get new faces - this one, today, is my 55 age - I don't see 'beauty' so much, anymore. But I do see a face that shows a practice of my life (and financial advantages.) Not yet I've married. When I do, I will know it by being seen
